Right now, I have been preparing for a 70-532 exam since I am a developer, but now Microsoft has introduced new certifications for the developers that you have talked about. So should I need to give 70-532 or need to start preparing for the new exams considering I am a software developer?

You could but you also need to know containers and service fabric very well before taking the exams

Did you find any major difference between 70-532 and AZ-200. Also Do we need to know other databases and languages like PostgreSQL and java, Do they ask questions with other languages and platforms other than Microsoft stack (.Net, SQL Server, C# etc.).

The Az-200 is really hard and try to focus on newer technologies like containers and async code examples, nothing on Postgres, focus on kubernetes, docker, pivotal, service fabric etc – good luck
